Cancellation Policy
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Clients with multiple no-shows or late cancellations may be asked to prepay for future appointments.
